I started in real estate in 2021 and was recognized as a top producer before turning 30. Today I co-own TaDa Realty in Friendswood with my mom, Azi, and we run The Pourjahan Team together.

Clients tell me the same thing: they felt heard. I ask a lot of questions early, I tell you what I see even when it is not what you hoped, and I negotiate like the money is mine.

Outside of deals, I put time into the community that keeps me busy: seniors, kids and families, animal welfare and local organizations around the Bay Area. And yes, I'm the dancing realtor you may have seen on TikTok.

Two realtors, one family

My mom, Arezoo "Azi" Pourgahan, is a REALTOR® too. She ran her own businesses in the Houston area for years before she got her license, and today she co-owns TaDa Realty with me. She brings that business sense to every negotiation.

Azi works with buyers and sellers across League City, Clear Lake, the Bay Area and Houston, in English or Persian. When a deal gets complicated, she is good at finding a way through it.

Working together

What areas do you cover?

League City, Clear Lake and the Bay Area communities around them, including Webster, Seabrook, Friendswood, Pearland and Dickinson. I also work across greater Houston.

Do you speak languages other than English?

Yes. I work with clients in English, French and Persian, so you can go through contracts and negotiations in the language you are most comfortable with.

Which brokerage are you with?

I co-own TaDa Realty in Friendswood with my mom, Azi. You work with me directly, with a full brokerage behind every transaction.

Buying, selling and leasing

I am a first-time buyer. Where do I start?

Start with a conversation, not a showing. We go over your budget, the neighborhoods you are weighing and what you can live without. Then I connect you with a lender so you know your numbers before you fall for a house.

How do you decide what my home should list for?

I pull recent sales of comparable homes near yours, look at what is competing with you right now, and walk through your home in person. You get a price range with the reasoning behind it, and the final call is yours.

How is a buyer's agent paid in Texas?

Before we tour homes together, Texas requires a written buyer representation agreement. It spells out how I am compensated, and that is negotiable. We settle it in writing up front so there are no surprises at closing.

Do you help with rentals?

Yes. I help renters find a home and help owners lease theirs, from pricing and applications through the signed lease.
